the Certificate of Title herein, or by the order of the Court
ruling upon objections to the sale,~or disbursements of sale by -
the Clerk, the Defendants, and any and all persons claiming by,
through, under. or against the Defendants, since the date of~.the
filing of the Notice of Lis Pendens herein, are forever barred and
foreclosed of and from any and all right, title,-interest, claim
or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, or equity of redemption
of, in and to the hereinabove described property, .
10. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to~enter further
.orders as are. proper, including, without limitation, Writs. of -
Assistance and Deficiency Judgments.
