Upon hearing held this date the Court finds and
determines that a Governor's Warrant has now been duly served
upon the Defendant and that he is presently in the lawful
custody of the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, it is .
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Writ of Habeas Corpus
previously issued by the Court in this cause is hereby
discharged and the Defendant is remanded to the custody of the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida for further proceedings
regarding his extradition to the State of North Carolina-
~ pursuant to law.
