GRANT OF EASEMENT

INDENTURE, made this 3~ day of w--~
1980, between SOUTHWOOD GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation,

Grantor, and FORA BELLE GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation,

Grantee.

WHEREAS., the Grantor is seized of an estate in fee simple
of a parcel of land across which runs a road known as Schuman
Road, which road parallels the North line of Grantee's property,
lying and being adjacent to the right of way of the North St.
rict• and
- Lucie River Water Control Dist ,
WHEREAS, the Grantor and Grantee do acknowledge and con-

sider the said Schuman Road to be a dedicated public road; and
WHEREAS, Grantor wants to assure to the Grantee the con-
tinued use of said road; and

WHEREAS, the parcel of land owned by the Grantee is more ~

particularly described as follows:
The SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 35
South, Range 38-East, LESS the West
1/4 of the SE 1/4, and LESS rights-of-way
for drainage canals situated and lying and ~ ~ f
being~in St. Lucie County, Florida;
and,
~ WHEREAS, the Grantor has agreed, in consideration of the. i

sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by the Grantee, to grant an

easement over the said road, ~

in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by
