Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. -
Full and free right and liberty for the Grantee, its
.tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, in common with all
others having the like right, at all times hereafter, with or
without vehicles of any description, for all purposes connected
with the use and enjoyment of the said lands of the Grantee,
to pass and repass along the said road for the purpose of -
going to and from its property.
Reserving, however, and retaining the same right of use and
enjoyment of said lands unto the Grantor, its successors, and
assigns.
To have and to hold the easement or right of way hereby ~
ranted unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, as

a urtenant to the said lands of the Grantee.
