STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint motion for the entry
of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and the Defendant
set forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court that the
parties were authorized to enter into such motion, and the
Court finding that the compensation to be paid by the~Plaintiff
is full, just and reasonable for all parties concerned, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
I' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants James P. N~.land and
Esther Niland, do have and recover of and from the Plaintiff the
sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred ($3,300.00) Dollars in full
payment for the property (designated Parcel 178 herein) taken and
j for damages resulting to the remainder if less than the entire
property was taken and for all other damages of any nature and
for all fees and costs connected with this cause. It is further,

ORDERED that Patricia B. Block, attorney for the above-
named Defendants, shall receive the sum of .Five Hundred Fifty
($550.00) Dollars from the Plaintiff as a reasonable fee and for
all costs for services rendered in this cause; and it is
