ORDERED that upon entry of this Final Judgment, the
..Plaintiff shall deposit the additional sum of Eight Hundred
Fifty ($850.00) Dollars into the Registry of the Courts and
it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay
to the Defendants, James P. Niland and Esther Niland the
-aforesaid sum of Three Thousand Three Hundred ($3,300.00) Dollars
and the sum of Five Hundred Fifty ($550.00) Dollars to the
above-named attorney from the ironies deposited in-this cause
by the Plaintiff. It is further
ORDERED that title to the following described property.,
