TO-WIT: Starting from the southeast corner post of Section 4,

line 1,320.0 feet; thence north 660.0 feet to a concrete
monument; thence run east 556.8 feet to the beginning
corner; thence run north 330.0 feet; thence run east
51.7 feet; thence run south 330.0 feet; thence run west
51.7 feet to the beginning corner; EXCEPTING therefrom
the south 15.0 feet of said land.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGOR
HEREIN COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT: .

herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this mortgage
