ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
CABBIE ANN MORRIS, born 9/22/69;
minor childt~ the sum of S 2 0.0 0 per week plus and additional 9I?AA $ 2.0 0
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
28th ~y of July 19 80 ,and thereafter on Monday
of each and every week that said payments shall. be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, -
Florida,/and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Irvin J. Manuszak,
Clerk of St. Joseph County Circuit Court, South Bend, Indiana,

for transmittal to Petitioner.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
~ and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
