ORDER
.This cause was-duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of

minor child the sum of S 30.00 per week plus and additional S$2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
25th day of July 19 80 ;and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. ln~~p County,
P.O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida
Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301;for transmittal
to the State of New York as long as the case is a Title IV-D case. If the
~ e-r receives no i icat~on y the Department of Health & Rehabilitative
Services that. the case is no lon er a IV-D case, he will then forward all
Richmond
County, 100 Richmond Terrace, Staten_Island, New York 10301, for remittance
to the New York City Dept. of Social Services, Bureau of Child Support.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
