ORDER
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner. for the benefit of
TRACY ORKIN BELCHER, horn 9/7/64;
minor child, the sum of S 25.00 per week plus and additional~9?~0 $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the -
25th ~y of July 19 80 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.Lueie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, -
Child Sup
Florida/and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to port Enfnrc~Pment
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301,. for trans-
mittal to the State of Tennessee as long as the case is certified as a

Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case,
he will then ferward all a~~nprt to_ Tsaac Stevens, Clerk of Circuit Court, .
~ Monroe County Courthouse, Madisonville, Tennessee 37354.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
No support is ordered for EDWARD LEE BELCHER, born 4/5/63, who has,
accordingg to testimony of Respondent, quit school and become self-supporting
~ through his employment with City of. Tellico Plains, Tennessee.
