The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and #
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the parties of the second~`.part, their
heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described
as
The East 38.4 feet of the North 70 feet of Lot 10 and the
North~70 feet of Lot 11, Block 2, WYLDWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION,-
. as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 54 , of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida..
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part, their heirs
and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part -does covenant to and with the parties of
the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in
and about :this conveyance the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
in all respects.
