RE: DIVORCE - IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, and this Court, by the statute in such case made and provide, DOTH ORDER AND ADJUDGE that .the marriage between the said Plaintiff, MARY K. NELSON, and the said Defendant, RICHARD R. NELSON, may be dissolved and the same herein is dissolved accordingly and a divorce from the bonds of matrimony between the said parties is ordered and adjudged. II. ' RE: PERMANENT ALIMONY IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall receive alimony in gross payable at the rate of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE (x175.00)DOLLAR per week commencing March 1, 1977 and continuing at alike rate per week until the expiration of SIX (6) years form and after March 1, 1977 or until the death or marriage of the Plaintiff at which time the obligation to pay alimony shall terminate. This payment of alimony in gross shall be considered de- ' ductible to the husband on his personal individual income tax returns and chargeable to the wife as income. The employment of the wife, whether on a part time or full time basis shall have no bearing `in the Defendants obligation to pay alimony as stated above. - Said .obligation for alimony in. gross shall be secured by designating s I - t • the Plaintiff as beneficiary to the extent of the unpaid balance of the alimony in gross obligation on the Manufacturers Life Policies currently in existance. ~ Said policies are in the amount of x25,000.00 each and bear the Certificate No. ' 1990830 and No. 2044963. The Defendant husband shall not encumber these polici ~ and upon reasonable notice, shall provide proof of their continued good stand- ing. The balance of the proceeds of said life insurance policies above and " E beyond the balance owed on the alimony in gross obligation may be assigned by ~ the husband for his own use. Upon the premature demise of the Defendant, if the insurance proceeds are-inadequate, then this obligation shall be charged € against his estate and assets. III.
