RE: PROPERTY SETTLEMENT

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff wife shall.
J receive the marital residence of the parties subject to the exsisting mortgage
balance, which she shall assume and pay and hold the Defendant harmless there-
from. In the event the Defendant does not execute a conveyance to the Plaints f
to this property, a copy of this Judgment may be recorded in the County in
which the property is situated, and that this Judgment by itself shall act as
the conveyance. Said property is described as follows:
Land in the City of St. Clair Shores, Macomb
County,, Michigan, described as: Lot 45 and _
the East ~ of Lot 44, "Mack Avenue Half Acres"
a subdivision. of the Northeast ~ of the
Northeast ~ of Section 21, town 1 north, range
13 east, Lake Township, Macomb County, Michigan,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Liber 8, Page 31 of Plats, Macomb County Records. _
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff,. MARY K. NELSO ,
shall retain all of the furniture, furnishings and appliances located in the
marital residence, free and clear of all claims and demands whatsoever of the
Defendant.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all of her personal jewelry
now in the possession of the Plaintiff, is awarded to~the Plaintiff as her. full
• and exclusive property, free and clear of all claims and demands whatsoever of
the Defendant.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the coin collection located

1n the marital. residence now in the possession of the Plaintiff, is awarded

to the Plaintiff as her full and exclusive property, free and clear of all
claims and demands whatsoever of the Defendant.
i IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Volkswagen automobile
and the 1973 E1 Dorado convertible are awarded to the Plaintiff as her full
and exclusive property, free and clear of .all claims and demands whatsoever of
the Defendant.
