RE: PROPERTY SETTLEMENT
B. DEFENDANT ,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all of the
stock and assets in the WILLIAM D. WHITE COMPANY, including
but not limited to-an automobile, pension plan and life
insurance group policies shall be awarded to the Defendant
husband free from any claim on the part of the Plaintiff
whatsoever. He shall, however, hold the wife harmless from-any
personal obligations which have been heretofore incurred or
may be incurred in the future as the result of the purchase and
operation of this company.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all of the
jewelry now in the possession of the Defendant, is awarded to
_ the. Defendant as his full and exclusive property, free and
clear of all claims and demands whatsoever of the Plaintiff.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the
Defendant, RICHARD R. NELSON, shall receive the One Thousand
• Four Hundred and 00/100 ($1,400.00) trade-in value of a 1971
Cadillac automobile.
j IT IS~FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant

-RICHARD R. NELSON, shall be awarded the 28' Chri,scraft boat
as his full and exclusive property, free and clear of all
claims and demands whatsoever of the Plaintifi.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant
RICHARD R. NELSOT7, shall be awarded the 31' Baja boat as his
full and exclusive property, free and clear of all claims and
~ demands whatsoever of the Plaintiff, subject to the outstanding

mortgage, storage and repair costs which he shall pay and
