nfironoes to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained Ln the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference heninto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the providons
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and sgrse
as follows: - -
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, ~ Lender, at Lender's option within twenty yeah
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Stich Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall bs secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
