KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federol Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States•of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Larry W. Matthews and
Patricia J. Matthews, his wife
dated Apri 1 26, l9 76 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. LUCie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 251 on page
2344 ,securing the payment of the sum of -----Forty One Thousand and No/100-----------
Dollars (S 41,000.00 )
covering property in the County of St. LUCie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County fo
cancel the same of record..
