• 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing hire shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reattirwed by the Haw

is satisfactory and that the above s~.ated new interest rate payable on the
sums "secured by said wortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s). ~ -
