I, Ralph 1'lay~'', residing in St. Lucie County, Florida, being
of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish
and declare this to be my Last 'Mill and ~t'estament, hereby revoking
ar_y and all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time heretofore
made.
ITEM 1
It is my desire and I direct that all of my dust debts,
funeral expenses and testamentary expenses be paid as soon after
my death as may be practicable.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, of what-
soever kind and nature, both real and personal, of which I may
be sei2ed or possesed or to which I may be entitled, I hereby
give, devise and bequeath to my sisters, Juanita tfayg, Stelle Rios

and Loretta ;Moore, share and share alike. In the event that_one

j or more of my sisters should predecease me, then I give, devise
and bequeath the share that such predeceased sister or sisters
! would have taken to my surviving sister .or sisters herein above

E Executrix to this my Last Will and Testament and grant unto my
said Executrix all of the powers that may be granted to a personal
representative under the Statutes of the State of Florida, including
the power to encumber or sell any of the assets of my Estate, at
public or private sale, without any Order of Court.
