5. The assets of this estate and their estimated
value are:

4, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration
in this state, less the. value of the property exempt from the
claims of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00,
7. The estate is not indebted in this state. It is
anticipated this estate will be closed before property taxes
on the aforesaid property become due for this calendar year.
_ 8: -It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, including
exempt property, be distributed to petitioner, LOUIS FRANCO, all
~ other distributions having been made in the domiciliary estate.
9. Petitioner, ALLAN L. KAMEROW, has been appointed
administratdr, C.T.A., 4660 Kenmore Avenue, Suite 418, Alexandria,
Virginia. -
10. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked will or

j codicil of decedent other than as set forth in the next paragraph.
~ 11. The original of the decedent's will-dated June 7, 1977,
is in the possession of the Probate Division of the Circuit Court
of the County of Arlington, Virginia, as set forth in the attached
certified proceedings.
12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request that the
decedent's will be admitted to probate and of record, and an order
of summary administration be entered directing distribution of~the
~ -
assets of the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in
Paragraph 8 above.
