ORDER ADMITTING AUTHENTICATED COPIES OF
FOREIGN PROBATE TO RECORD
This cause, having come on before me upon the petition
of LOUIS FRANCO and ALLAN L. KAMEROW, for an Order of Summary
- Administration of the estate of JOSEPH C. FRANCO, deceased, to~ .
be issued, and this-Court finding attached to said petition and
by reference made thereof a duly authenticated transcript of
the appropriate portions of the domiciliary proceedings pursuant
to Rule 5.470, Florida Rules of Probate and Guardianship Procedure,
based upon said petition and transcript, the Court finds: The
decedent, JOSEPH C. FRANCO, died on October 19, 1978, .and the
~ authenticated transcript of the appropriate portions of domiciliary
~ proceedings are accepted for filing in the court, it is therefore
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the authenticated copies of
~ appropriate portions including the will of the domiciliary proceedings
held in Arlington County, Virginia, be and is hereby admitted to
~ probate and record. -
