does depose and say:
1. That she is more that eighteen (18) years of age
and understands the obligation of an oath. -
2. That she is the daughter of ELISWORTH MILLS and
MAUDE MILLS a/k/a MAUDE M. MILLS.

3. That on June 12, 1974, the date she joined in a deed

' with SSSWORTH MILLS and MAUDE~MILLS, his wife, to ELFREDA MILLS DAVIS,
~ which deed is recorded in OR Book 228, page 16-17 of-the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, the property described therein
was not her homestead. .Further affiant sayth not.
