PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if said mortgagor shall pay unto said
mortgagee the certain promissory note herein substantially copied
or identif ieci, to-wit
PROMISSORY NOTE '

For value received, we, jointly and severally, promise to ,
pay, without defalcation, to the order of FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE,
~ at 501 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, the sum of $91,500.00
with interest from the date hereof at a rate of interest equal to 2$
above the prime rate as established from time to time by Florida National
Banks of Florida Inc., Jacksonville, Florida, on the unpaid balance
until maturity. The principal-and interest shall be payable as follows:
f ~ Principal shall be payable in~180 equal monthly installments
of $508.33 commencing on the 17th day of August, 1980,- '
~ and a like sum on the 17th day of each month thereafter,
to and including,- the 17th day of July, 1995. To each
principal payment shall be added interest at the rate
stated herein, which rate shall be adjusted on a daily
basis as the prime rate established by Florida National
~ Banks of Florida, Inc. may change, on the unpaid balance.
~ Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the-
interest and then on the unpaid balance on the principal sum. If de-
! fault is made in the payment of any installment when due, and such
~ default continues 30. days, then at the option of the holder, and with-
out any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and
payable at once. Privilege is given to prepay this note in whole or
in part at any time without penalty. Neither forebearance, nor accept-
ance by the holder thereof after any default in payments hereon, shall
~ be deemed extension.• Any installment of principal .and/or interest
not paid on its due date shall beat interest at the rate stated herein-.

- Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly. and severally,
waives demand, presentment, protest and notice of protest for nonpayment,
and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before _
$ or after maturity, without notice to any of us; and to pay all costs
of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee, in the event of
any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of
homestead and exemption-under the constitution and laws of each State
of the United States, as against this obligation or any extension or
renewal hereof.
