MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT 19340
• THIS AGREEMENT, made this 1,~ay of July, 1980, by and
between LAWNWOOD MEDICAL ASSOCIATES, ,LTD., a Florida limited
partnership, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor" and SUN BANK
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida banking association, with its
principal place of business at-111 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee"'
W I T N E S SETH
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of July, 1978, Mortgagor obtained
a loan from Mortgagee in the-amount of Four Hundred Seventy-One ~
. ,
Thousand ($471,000.00) Dollars and executed and delivered to ~ ~
Mortgagee a Promissory Note for said .amount payable on or before
July 18, 1980, and bearing interest at the rate of nine and one-
. half (9-1/28) percent per annum; and -
- WHEREAS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned -
Four Hundred Seventy-One Thousand ($471,000.00) Dollar Promissory -
Note is secured by a first mortgage given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee
i on the following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida:

Units Nos. 28, 2C, 2D, 2F, 2G, 2H, 2I and 3C of
j LAWNWOOD MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, a Condominium
according to the Declaration of Condominium dated
the 17th day of July, 1978, and recorded in O.R.
Book 290 at Page 1627 of the Public Records of St.
- Lucie County, Florida; together with the undivided
share in. the Common Elements appurtenant to such
Units and all other appurtenances to such Units as F
set forth in the Declaration of Condominium,
and;
WHEREAS, said first mortgage dated July 17, 1978 was recorded
i - on July 18, 1978 in Official Records Book 290 at Page 1798 of the

~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and

WHEREAS, Mortgagor has sold Unit ?io. 3-C to third parties
and said unit has been released from-the lien and operation of the

above-described mortgage;-and

WHEREAS, Mortgagor has conveyed Unit No. 2I to LAWNWOOD -
CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; and '
WHEREAS, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Trustee, gave a - ~
mortgage on certain lands in St. Lucie County to Mortgagee as -
additional security to secure repayment of the aforementioned
indebtedness of Mortgagor; and
