,WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to modify the
terms of payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the afore-~ ~ ~

mentioned Promissory Note of Mortgagor= and
WHEREAS, Mortgagee has agreed to such modification.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the E
~ mutual covenants hereinafter set forth,-and good and valuable

~ consideration given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
~ 1. Mortgagor represents and warrants that it is the owner
{
of Units 2B, 2C, 2D, 2F, 2G, and 2H of Lawnwood Medical Arts
Building, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium
dated the 17th day of July, 1978 and recorded in Official Records
Book 290, at Page 1627 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida together with an undivided share in the common elements
appurtenant to such units and all other appurtenances to such units

as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium. Mortgagor further
represents and warrants that. there are no liens or encumbrances
against said condominium units other than the aforementioned Mort-
gage and real estate taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1979. 4

2. The current principal balance of the indebtedness
evidenced by the aforementioned Promissory Note is in the amount
of Three Hundred .Seventy-T~o Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Three
($372,133.83) Dollars and 83/100 and accrued interest on said
indebtedness has been paid through July 18, 1980. -
3. The indebtedness evidenced by the above described

Promissory Note of Mortgagor shall. bear interest from and including -
July 19, 1980 at the rate of 12$ per annum. The principal-indebted-
ness shall be due and payable on or before July 18, 1981 and in-
terest shall be payable in consecutive quarterly installments -
commencing on October 1, 1980 and at maturity. All sums in default
shall bear interest at the then highest lawful rate of interest per
annum in the State of Florida.
