4. 8xcept as hereby modified, all of the terms and conditions
of the aforementioned promissory note and mortgage are hereby
ratified, confirmed and approved.
5. Mortgagor hereby ratifies and confirms its obligations,
as the same-may be modified by the terms of this Agreement, under
that certain Guarantee Agreement given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee
dated July 17, 1978.
6. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impair the ~
security of Mortgagee under the aforementioned mortgage.
7. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto
and their successors and assigns.
~IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have executed this
Agreement in duplicate, each of which shall be considered. an
original, on the day and year first above written. -
