TOGETHER WITH all fixtures and appliances located therein, and TOGETHER WITH all of-its appurtenances according-to said Declaration of -Condominium, including but not limited to an undivided 1/d7 share in the .common elements thereof and together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or i.n anywise appertaining. This conveyance is made subject to the following: r 1. Real estate taxes for the year 1980 and subsequent years, and applicable _ zoning regulations and ordinances; 2. All of the terms, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth and contained in the Declaration of Condominium and all instruments therein referred to; 3.
