CONDOMINIUM WARRANTY DEED IS
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made and executed the 14th day of ~

by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT OORPORATiON, a Florida corporation, hereinafter
called Grantor, to: ROBBRT M. FRACCHIA and SANDRA FRACCHIA, his wife, and
RO$ERT G. MCDONALD and $MILIA MCDONALD, his wife, and ANGELIANA FRACCHU, a single person
whose poet office address is:- 27534 Kingsgate Way, Apt. 7, Farmington Hills, Mich. 48018:
hereinafter called Grantee. -
WITNESSSTH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars (510.00)
and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, ha"s granted, bargained, and sold to the
Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real
property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
A condominium parcel designated as Unit No. 116 of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS
CONDOt9iNIUi~! C, according to the Declaration thereof, recorded June 3, !
1980, in Official Record Book-332, page 1133, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. -

TOGETHER WITH all fixtures and applicances located therein, and
_ TOGETHER WITH all of its appurtenances according to said Declaration of
~ Condominium, including but not limited to an undivided 1/47 share in the
~common elements thereof and together with all the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging. or in anywise appertaining.

~ This conveyance is made subject to the following: ~
1. Real estate taxes for the year 1980 and subsequent years, and applicable

said lands that it hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same

encumbrances.
