The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is eub~ect to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of Said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as. described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and -
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the-land.
