ation to him paid, eipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on

tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,

as recorded in Official Records Book 332, page 1436, and as
amended in Official Records Book 332, page 1501, all in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
