AC1Q~lOWLEDGNBNT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTSB
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condauinium
described above, including the previsions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisioner the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitabler the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security .for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of DondoQiniua and its exhibitar and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condaminiu® and its exhibits and
-the purchase agreement executted by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the Warranties
representations and induceaents conoerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real-property described above.
