The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condos~inium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisions= the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable] the Grantee hereby is~resses
a lien gpon the land and real property described above, as security .for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condpaini~ and ita exhibits and the Grantee
acknowledges and agrees that said Declaration of Condaainiua and its exhibits and ~
