PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
• INTERCCONTINENTAL HANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Hook 300, pages 2061
through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby-
acknowledged, hereby on this 1 1th day of July 1980, releases
from the lien. of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as follows: _ -

Sand Dollar Villas Condominium D, that certain UCC-1 Financing Statement between
Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental Barilc filed
December 29, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, page 2104, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
