PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
INTEIt~CONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLihS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081
through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this ~,t~iay of Tnly 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described

That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 2~ ~ ~
and an undivided 1/47th share_in those common elements '
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the-;.

332, page 1435, and amendment thereto, recorded in Official

without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit No. 207
Sand Dollar Villas Condominium D, that certain UCC-1 Financing Statement between
Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental Bank filed
December 29, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, page 2104, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
