INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081
through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is: hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this ~1*~, day of T„~y , 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as follows:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit No.-208 43363
and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions; restrictions, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR ~ 18 ~l _
VILLAS QONDOMINIUM D, as recorded inOfficial Record Book
332, page 1436, and amendment thereto, recorded in Official STL
Record Book 332, page 1501, all in St. Lucie County, Florida, p,f q~pTCOI~T

without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit No. 208
Sand Dollar Villas Condominium D, that certain UCC-1 Financing Statement between
~ Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental Bank filed
j December 29, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, page 2104, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
