PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a -
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book-300, page 2112, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation to him paid, ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on
this day of 1980, releases from the lien of that
mortgage, the rea perty ~n a ounty described as:
That certain ondomini-um parcel composed of Unit.No.~,
and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements appur-
-tenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that.
Declaration of Condominium of Sand Dollar. Villas Condominium C, -
as recorded in Official Records Book 332, pages 1133-through
1200, and as amended in Official Records Book 332, pages 1432-
_ through 1435, a1T in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
