ACiQ1OWLSDGDQ:NT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges
that this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. brie Grantee agrees
to be bound by all of said provisionaj the Grantee acknowledges and agrees .that all.
of said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations
as described in said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibitat and the Grantee
acknowledges-and agrees that said Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits and
the purchase agreement executed by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,
representations and inducewents concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
