PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee and Individually, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to JAMES J. PARDIECK, as Trustee, dated December `
28, 1978, and recorded in Official Records Book 300, page 2112, Public E
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consider-
ation t im paid, r ipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby on -
this day of 1980, releases from the lien of that
mortga e, the rea pr y n a ounty•described as:
That certain Co ominium parcel composed of Unit No.~[~
and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements appur-
tgnant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terns and other provisions of that
beclaration of Condominium of Sand Dollar. Villas Condominium C,
as recorded in Official Records Book 332, pages 1133 thrnugh
1200, and as amended in Official Records Book 332, pages 1432
through 1435, all in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~ _
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
