The Party of the First Part pursuant to F.S. 733.603,
and in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars
•($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid,

confirms to the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns
forever, the interest of the Estate of CARL WILLIAM GOULD,
