recorded in O.R.Book 224,Page 2813 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County,
Florida assigned to Genevieve Ann Snow, Nominee.
THIS IS A CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED being filed to correct that certain
warranty Deed executed on March 16,1978 and filed for record April 12,
1978 in O.R.Book 284 at Page 2980 of the Public Records of St.Lucie
County,Florida in order to clarify the fact that the Grantors are conveying
all of their right title and interest in and to the property described
herein.
