All that part of Lot 14-A and Lot 15 of Taylor Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Hook 9, page 12, St. Lucie County, Flo-
rida, which lies West of the Old 'Dixie Highway, now known
as Ridgehaven Road; LESS AND EXCEPTING THE FOL*,OWING:
Beginning at a concrete monument at the intersection
of the North boundary line of said Lot 14-A and the West
right of way line of the Old Dixie Highway (also known as
Ridgehaven Road), thence run West along the North boundary
line of said Lot 14-A a distance of .125 feet; thence run
South 13004' East 199 feet to a concrete monument; thence
-~~run North 89018' East 125 feet to a concrete monument on
the West right of way line of said Old Dixie Highway: thence
Northwesterly along the right of way of Old Dixie Highway a
distance of 173.26 feet to the point of beginning; ALSO less
and excepting therefrom the following described pracel: -From
the intersection of the West right of way line of Ridgehaven ~
Road and the North line of Tract 14-A of Taylor Subdivision.
run Southerly along said West right of way line a distance of
223.25 feet to a C.M.; thence on an angle of 79°11' turned
from North to West run 134 feet to a point; thence on an
angle of 91°05' turned from East to South run 10 feet to a
C.M. for point of beginning; from said point of beginning
continue Southerly 89.2 feet to a C.M.; thence run Easterly
~ 164.35 feet to a point shown by a C.M.; thence run North-
! westerly along the West right of way line of Ridgehaven Road _
124-feet to a C.M.; thence run in a Southwesterly direction
E 134 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with any other right, title or interest owned by the
Grantors herein in Lots 14-A and 15 of said Taylor Subdivision.
~ ALSO except therefrom the land described in the deed from
Homer F. Gray, Executor of the Estate of Jess Emory Bard,
to Homer F. Gray and Freda Gray, his wife, dated June 28,
1974, and recorded July 1, 1974 in O.R. ~sook 239, page 525,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
