ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the objections to interroga-
tories of the-Defendant, D. A. DENNIS, are sustained, and
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the objections to interroga-
tories of the Defendant, EMMA M. TAYLOR, are sustained as

to questions 1 through 47, but that EMMA M. TAYLOR shall
answer. any interrogatories-of 48 through 60 which she-has
f not previously answered in the interrogatories propounded
