plus Interest, and says:
1. On December 27, 1978, this Court entered an Order directing
the distributioci of One Million Ninety Thousand Dollars acrid ro/100
($1,090,000.00) to all the heirs of this estate EXC~T UlG'Y JANE CARL.TON
ROCaQ2S. The Cain further Ordered that upon *'fandate being issued, ~ the Crnirt

percentage interest in that she would be treated fairly as/and equal to all
the other heirs.
2. That on July 3, 1980, the Fourth District Court of Appeals
