WILLIAM LAING STBWART
I, WILLIAM LAING_ STEWART, of the City of Jensen Beach,
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, by this instrument revoke
my former wills and codicils to them and declare this to be my
will.
I.
FAMILY
My wife's name is BARBARA McCALLIE STEWART, and she
gresently resides at 9700 A-1 A-, Apartment No. 410, Jensen Beach,
Florida, 33452. The words "my wife" wherever used in this will
shall refer only to her.
I have the following children nov living: my son, DAVID -
~ LAING STEfiART, who was born October 4, 1944, and-who presently
resides at Lime Kiln Road, Charlotte, Vermont, 05445; and my son;

• MALCOLM McCALLIE STEWART, who was born April 15, 1948, and who

presently resides at Manhattan Plaza, 400 West 43rd Street, New
• York, 10024. The words "my children" wherever used in this will
shall refer only to them.
II.
PAYMENT OF ESTATE TA%ES -
I direct my personal representatives to pay from my probate
estate all estate and inheritance taxes that are payable because
of my death, even though property that is included in the
~ determination of a tax does not pass under this will. Insofar as
possible, that payment shall' be made as an expense of
