The above named ward is the owner of certain. real property which petitioner desires to sell,-which property is located at k 12601 South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, f Florida, more particularly described as: Parcel #4504-310-0004-000/9, See Attached Legal 2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necessary to sell the ro rt described above for the following reasons: P Pe Y ~ A. The property is in deteriorating condition and ` needs immediate attention in order to prevent further deterioration. B. There is some evidence of vandalism to the garage located at the property. - C. The property is located in an unincorporated area t - of the county which makes it difficult to obtain adequate protection .f of the premises. D. It appears certain that the warri, MARY SHOWALTER, will not regain mental competence to the extent that she can return to living alone in the one bedroom structure located on the premises. E. The cost of repairing and adequately protecting the property in question would greatly reduce the other assets upon which the ward must rely for her day to day care. F. The guardian has spoken-with the daughter of the ward, who is apparently the only heir of the ward.
