Petitioner desires to sell the property to .Robert A. Dias and Sarah G. Dias, for the sum of $40,500.00 cash. A copy of the proposed contract is attached. 4. Petitioner believes that the terms outlined above are the best available at this time given the presently existing real estate market. The sale price is approximately $14,000.00 than the tax appraised value of the property.- WHEREFORE, petitioner requests that-an order be entered authorizing him to sell the above described property on the conditions and terms set forth in this petition.
