The South one hundred (100) feet of that certain.•tract of
land described a's follows, to wit:
Beginning at a post set on the West shore of the St. Lucie
Sound on the Top of a High Bluff which stands North 23
degrees West 34 Chs. and 86 links from a monumental stone
set on a line between Sections 4 and 9, Township 37 South,
Range 41 east, 3.•20 chains of the quarter Section post
on Section post on. said line; thence South 61 degrees
-30 minutes West 16 chains to the edge of the Savannahf
thence North~28 degs 30 min.-West along said edge of Savannah
6 chains; thence North 61 deg. East 17.25 chains to St. Lucie
Sound; thence Southerly along the shore of said Sound to a
point where the South line continued would intersect said shore;
thence along said line in a Westerly direction to the place
of beginning on the top of said Bluff, containing 10 acres,
more or less.
EXCEPTING, THEREFROM,. all Rights of Way for Florida East
Coast Railway and Public Roads.
