.ORDER OF SALE
On the petition of the guardian of the property of the above
incompetent for an order authorizing the guardian to sell certain
property of his ward, the court having examined the file in this
proceeding and having considered the evidence presented; and it
appearing to the Court that it is in the best interest of the Wa=d
for the property to be sold; and the court being otherwise fully
advised, it is
ADJUDGED that the guardian is authorized to sell the following
described property belonging to his Ward:
The South one hundred (100) feet of that certain tract of
land described as follows, to wit:
i Beginning at a post set on the West shore of the St. Lucie
Sound on the Top of a-High Bluff which stands North 23
f degrees West 34 Chs. and 86 links from a monumental stone
set on a line between Sections 4 and 9, Township 37 South,
Range 41 east, 3.20 chains of the quarter Section post.
on Section post on said line; thence South 61 degrees
30 minutes West 16 chains to the edge of the Savannah;
thence North 28 degs 30 min. West along said edge of Savannah
6 chains; thence North 61 deg. East 17.25 chains to St. Lucie
Sound; thence Southerly along the shore. of said Sound to a
point where the South line continued would intersect said shore;
thence along said. line in a Westerly direction to the place
of beginning on the top of said Bluff, containing 10 acres,
more or less.
EXCEPTING, THEREFROM, all Rights of Way for Florida East
Coast Railway and Public Roads.
