-PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Comes now, ROBERT JAHN, who respectfully
Petitions as follows: -
1. That ALBERTA M. JAHN, was appointed Personal
Representative of the above estate by order of this Honorable
Court dated December 19, 1979.
2. That the aforesaid ALBERTA M. JAHN, died on
-May 21, 1980.
3. That your Petitioner is one of the surviving
children of his parents,-FRED GEORGE JAHN and ALBERTA M. JAHN.
4. That in accordance with Paragraph Ninth of
the Last Will and Testament of FRED GEORGE JAHN he was named
-as alternate Personal Representative in the within estate..
5. That your Petitioner qualifies to act as

- Personal Representative in the within estate in accordance with
Florida Statute 733.301(1)(a).
6. That he hereby designates HAROLD H. GOLDMAN,
ESQUIRE, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose address
is: 8028 South Federal Highway, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, ~

as his agent or attorney for service of process in any action
against him in his representative capacity,. or personally, if
such personal action accrued in the administration-of the
estate.
• 7. That he will faithfully continue to administer

the estate of the decedent according to law.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully prays that he
be appointed successor Personal Representative in the within
estate, serving without the necessity of filing any bond.
