I, BERTHA RUSSARIS, a citizen and resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills and Codicils
.thereto by me at any time heretofore made and do hereby make,
publish and declare this instrument to be my-Last Will and -
Testament.
I.
I-will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as soon
as practicable after my.death.
II.
It is my wish that my remains be prepared for burial by

Baird Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that I be buried
in my lot in the Fort Pierce Memorial Cemetery next to the grave

!f of my son, Anast ("Ernie") Russakis.
I ~ III.

I give, bequeath and devise all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, including property over which I have
a power of appointment, unto my daughter, BESSIE HAYES, of Fort
Pierce, Florida, to be hers absolutely, provided.she is living
at the time of my death.
IV.
- I direct that Bessie Hayes be named executrix of .
my estate to serve without bond; and I hereby give and grant
