7. Petitioner has -made a diligent search and inquiry to
determine tfie whereabouts of CORNELIUS WILLIAMS, the father of
tfie decedent and Heir of the decedent, but has been unable to
locate CORNELIUS WILLIAMS.
8. Petitioner has made or proposed to make distribution
of the assets of this Estate as stated belovrs
a. 1/2 of the assets of the above-styled Estate to
THELMA WILLIAMS, the mother of the decedent who resides at
1606 Avenue H, Fort Pierce, Florida.
b, The remaining half of the above-styled estate to

Cornelius Williams when ever the whereabouts of CORNELIUS
WILLLAMS is determined.
9. Petitioner request that the .court order allowing him
to deposit. the share of the Estate that COR~TEI.IUS WILLI-AMS is
entitled to under Florida Statutes 732.103 in the amount of
$3442.87 to the Clerk of the Circuit-Court of St, Lucie-County,

under the provisions of Florida Statutes 733:816. Petitioner
further request that after satisfactory proof has been pre-
sented that distribution has been made and that claims accredit

er have been paid, an_Order be entered discfiarging Petitioner
as Personal Representative of this Estate.
